Emergency Child Care First Aid Training
Prerequisite: Valid Government Picture ID
This course is designed for childcare professionals. Participants learn how to prevent emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Includes CPR C-Adults, Children & Infants.
Course covers: The Red Cross Head, Neck and Spine Injuries Responding to Emergencies Bone, Muscle and Joint Injuries Check, Call, Care Sudden medical emergencies Choking Environmental Illness Circulation emergencies Poisons CPR & AED Childhood Illness Breathing Emergencies Wound Carel Caring for Children Foundations of First Aid Certificate will be issued to students who pass a multiple-choice exam with 75% as well as perform all of the procedures demonstrated during the duration of the course.

Blended Emergency First Aid CPR A
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification. Proof of online theory completion within 90 days of the course date must be presented at time of registration for this course.

Advanced First Aid
Prerequisite: First Time Students must hold a valid Basic and Transportation endorsement certificate. Previous ticket holders must produce previous certification as a medic. Valid Government issued photo ID must be shown by all students. 100% attendance is required to be eligible for final exams. Student must be in good health and must be physically able to perform first aid related procedures, instructor may request a medical exam by a doctor which must be completed before student receives final certification. Student textbook & student guide must be purchased before class starts; this will secure your spot in the upcoming course. PLEASE NOTE: there is prereading to be completed before the first day of the course.

CPR
Prerequisite: Valid Government Picture ID required
Valid: 3 years
This course is designed for anyone wanting to learn basic life support skills. Participants gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage a medical emergency until more advanced help is available. Course covers: CPR A:

CPR Basic Life Support
This course is designed for healthcare providers (First Responders, OFA 3 Attendants, Paramedics, Nurses & Doctors). Participants gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage a medical emergency. Due to COVID-19, it is mandatory for all students to wear a mask, gloves and safety glasses/face shield during the practical portions of this course.

H2S Alive
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification at time of registration for this course. Must be 16 years or older.

H2S Alive Blended Practical
Prerequisites: Students are required to bring picture ID. The online portion of the H2S Alive Blended must be completed at www.energysafetycanada.ca prior to the practical portion. Once you have completed the online, you will need to call in your student ID number in order for us to verify your completion through Energy Safety Canada.

Detection & Control
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification at time of registration for this course. Must be 16 years or older.

Ground Disturbance 201 standard Supervisory level
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification at time of registration for this course.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods TDG
This program can be completed at home in a self-taught manner, is up to date with the latest changes and is industry recognized. Packages can be picked up at the office and returned once completed.

Confined Space Entry and Rescue
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification at time of registration for this course. Students must be physically capable of performing a rescue.

Oilfield Driver Awareness (ODA)
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification at time of registration for this course. Must be 16 years or older.

Defensive Driving
Prerequisites: Valid Drivers Licence & Company Vehicle (preferably what student would commonly drive at work and capable of carrying 3 people)

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
Employers must do an annual review with Employees, Recognized Canada wide

Transportation Endorsement (TE)
Prerequisite: Students must produce valid Government Picture ID as well as a valid BC Level 1 First Aid Ticket at registration. For the TE certificates to be valid students must have a valid level 1 or equivalent certificate. Please wear a T-shirt to class.
Outdoor Courses

All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Rider Course
Prerequisite: Student must have proper safety equipment (helmet, gloves, glasses/goggles, riding boots) and their own ATV. Rentals can be made through JT Safety Training Ltd. Valid Government Picture ID is also required.

Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Rider Course
Prerequisite: Student must have proper safety equipment (helmet, gloves, glasses/goggles, riding boots) and their own UTV. Rentals can be made through JT Safety Training Ltd.

S100 Fire Suppression & S185 Avoidance of Fire Entrapment
Prerequisite: Student must present government issued photo identification.

Snowmobile Training
Prerequisite: Student must have proper safety equipment (helmet, gloves, glasses/goggles, riding boots and appropriate winter outerwear) and their own snowmobile.

Stay Safe
Prerequisite: Students must be at least 9 years of age or completion of Grade 3. Any student under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate in our classes.

Babysitters Course
Prerequisite: Students must be at least 11 to 15 years of age. Any student under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate in our classes.
